Ashley S. Conner

Ashley S. Conner, MSA, currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Student Services and Senior Woman Administrator at Edward Waters University, alongside holding the position of Interim Executive Director of Student Success & Retention. Previously, Ashley held roles at Shaw University, including Associate Director and Admissions Counselor, focusing on high school recruitment and international student admissions processes. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Forever 21 and Hollister Co., where Ashley was responsible for employee training and operations management. Ashley earned a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Delaware State University and a Bachelor of Social Work from North Carolina Central University.
