Andrew Horton

Andrew Horton serves as the Deputy Athletic Director for External Operations at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since April 2021, having held various leadership positions within the athletics department since July 2002. In previous roles, Andrew oversaw external operations including marketing, promotions, licensing, and ticketing, while managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading significant fundraising initiatives. Andrew's extensive experience includes serving as a liaison for multimedia rights properties and game day administration for women's soccer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Sport Administration, both from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
