Victor Chrispin Jr.

Victor Chrispin Jr. serves as the Director of Student Activities and Leadership and the Director of the Black Male College Explorers Program at Edward Waters University since March 2019. Alongside these roles, Victor is the Founder and CEO of Execution=Monumental Change, a nonprofit agency dedicated to ensuring program excellence and strategic development. Previous positions include teaching at Duval County Public Schools and mentoring for the Black Male College Explorers Program. Victor has also served as the Financial Literacy Coordinator and First Year Experience President at Florida A&M University, where responsibilities included improving academic success for students. Additional leadership experience encompasses roles at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and student government positions at Florida A&M University. Victor holds a degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a high school diploma from Esprit De Corps Center for Learning.
