Doug Richards

Doug was born in Oakland, CA while his dad was stationed there serving in the Navy. His family then moved back to Kansas and he grew up in both Liberal and Greensburg. After high school Doug attended Seward County Jr. College. He lived and worked in Kinsley from 1972-1981 and in May of 1992 he returned to Kinsley to manage Wilbert Vault Plant. Doug and his wife Sherry have four children and nine grandchildren.

Doug is a member of the North Edwards Cemetery District and the Dodge City Cemetery Advisory Board.
