Donald Brian Coogan

Donald Brian Coogan is an experienced professional in the construction and concrete industry, with a strong background in business development and production management. Donald's career began at S&G Prestress Company, where Donald spent over two decades supervising the construction of prestressed concrete products across multiple locations.
