Antonella Arcari

Antonella Arcari is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and Learning & Development, currently serving as the Global Director for HR Learning & Development - Sales & Marketing at Edwards Lifesciences since January 2022. Prior to this role, Antonella led the learning transformation for Nestlé’s Corporate Marketing and Sales curriculum and coordinated marketing excellence initiatives at DuPont for the EMEA region, where responsibilities included driving change management and enhancing marketing competencies. Throughout career history, Antonella has also managed product lines within DuPont's Building Innovations and completed internships at Ashley Furniture Industries and Politecnico di Torino. Antonella holds a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
