Arya Irompour

Arya Irompour is a Quality Control Supervisor at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles. At Nobel Biocare, from November 2021 to April 2025, Arya managed production KPIs for a team of 25 in the CNC department and conducted one-on-one sessions for team development. Prior to that, Arya served as a Production Supervisor at Hussmann from July 2016 to October 2021, overseeing a crew of 26 while conducting daily meetings focused on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale. Arya also held the positions of Focus Factory Manager Assistant and Programming Team Lead at Hussmann, contributing to cost reduction projects and implementing new software systems. Arya's educational background includes a Master's of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor's of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Islamic Azad University.
