Diane Francis

Diane Francis is a seasoned professional in health economics and market access, currently serving as Vice President of Global Health Economics & Reimbursement for Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies at Edwards Lifesciences since January 2023. Previously, Diane held key roles at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, including North America Health Economics & Market Access Lead, and Regional Health Economics & Market Access Lead for LATAM & Canada. Earlier experience includes senior leadership positions at Ethicon, Inc., and initial roles in reimbursement and healthcare economics within Johnson & Johnson. Diane also served as Executive Director/CEO of the Health Care Network of NJ and has a strong educational background with a Master of Public Health in Health Policy & Management from Columbia University and a degree in Anthropology from Cornell University.
