Dianelly Torres Ramos

Dianelly Torres Ramos is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Edwards Lifesciences since July 2013, Dianelly supports Global Supply Chain and Quality on a global scale. Previous positions include HR Manager, Associate HR Manager, and Organizational Development Expert at Roche, where Dianelly focused on organizational strategies, effectiveness, and developmental programming. Additional experience encompasses roles at Stryker, IDT Corporation, Manpower, and GE, ranging from employee relations to compensation administration. Dianelly holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
