Heather Siegelheim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and regulatory counsel within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Corporate and Regulatory Counsel at Edwards Lifesciences since September 2025, Heather has previously held legal counsel positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona and Neurocrine Biosciences, as well as a role as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Matrix Medical Network. With a foundation in litigation from Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C. and Quarles & Brady LLP, expertise includes advising pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology companies on compliance related to fraud and abuse laws, FDA regulations, and interactions with healthcare professionals. Heather obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
