Janelle Lane

Janelle Lane possesses extensive experience in talent management and organizational leadership, having held various positions across prominent organizations. At Edwards Lifesciences, Janelle served as Director of Global Talent Management and as Manager of Talent Management, focusing on relationship building and vendor relations. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Field Integrated Talent Management at Providence St. Joseph Health, Talent Development Manager at Wurth Louis and Company, Training Manager at Sysco, and Educational Consultant & Project Manager at The Decurion Corporation. Janelle is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at Concordia University Irvine.
