Kimberly Simmons

Kimberly Simmons, JD, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of the Contingent Workforce Program at Edwards Lifesciences since January 2024. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Senior Global Program Manager at HP from May 2020 to May 2023, focusing on contingent workforce and compliance initiatives. Before that, Kimberly was a Senior Project Management Consultant at Simmons Associates and a Legal Associate and Consultant at the Law Practice of Richard Duquette, specializing in criminal defense and personal injury. Kimberly's education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Trinity Law School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business & Merchandising from the University of Arizona. Additionally, Kimberly attended UC San Diego Extended Studies in 2016. Kimberly's extensive experience combines program management, legal consulting, and a solid foundation in business processes.
