Marjan Miri

Marjan Miri is an experienced professional in the field of echocardiography, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Clinical Imaging at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2025. Prior to this role, Marjan led research projects as the Echo Core Lab Lead at the University of California, San Francisco from July 2023 to April 2025. With a strong background in both adult and pediatric cardiac sonography, Marjan has held various positions including Cardio Sonographer at Cedars-Sinai and Health Nucleus, and Pediatric and Fetal Cardiac Sonographer at Pediatric Cardiology of San Diego. Marjan's leadership roles in professional organizations include serving as the Emerging Echo Enthusiasts (E3) SIG Leader and Rising Stars Task Force Leader with The American Society of Echocardiography. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Echocardiography from the Oregon Institute of Technology and a degree in Cardiovascular Technology from Grossmont College.
