Melany Love

Melany Love is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in developing and managing talent pipeline strategies. At Edwards Lifesciences, from November 2020 to October 2023, Melany served as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs, overseeing programs for early and mid-career levels and acting as the primary contact for Development Program Associates, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition partners. Prior to this role, Melany progressed through various positions, including Manager and Associate Manager in Talent Acquisition Programs. Melany's career began as a Talent Acquisition Analyst Intern at Riviera Advisors, Inc., working closely with the Managing Principal on recruitment-related projects. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Orange Coast College.
