Rachel Lin

Rachel Lin is an R&D Engineer at Edwards Lifesciences, having previously served as an R&D Engineering Co-op at the same company. Through innovative prototypes, Rachel significantly enhanced process consistency and reduced Gage R&R study variation, while also validating design and quality documentation. Prior experience includes a Data Science Intern role at Medtronic, where Rachel developed a machine learning model and optimized its performance through advanced data techniques. In academic settings, Rachel conducted research on traumatic brain injuries and led a team in developing an app prototype for the elderly. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
