Sasha McCaskie

Sasha McCaskie currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging for EMEA, Canada, and LATAM at Edwards Lifesciences, a position held since September 2023, focusing on driving the diversity agenda across various countries. Prior to this role, Sasha worked at PepsiCo from September 2019 to September 2023, undertaking several positions including DE&I Lead for Europe and UK DEI & Talent Lead. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Business Manager and Managing Consultant at Page Personnel from September 2015 to February 2018, as well as Marketing & Accounts Manager at Wentworth Design from June 2011 to February 2015. Sasha holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Criminology & Criminal Justice Studies from the University of Plymouth (2008-2011) and is currently enrolled in the Global Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD, set to complete in June 2025.
