Tracy Byrnes

Tracy Byrnes, CPTD, serves as Senior Manager of Development Programs at Edwards Lifesciences since April 2018, overseeing professional and leadership development training for over 18,000 employees globally. Tracy has progressively advanced through roles including Manager and Senior Specialist in Development Programs, focusing on the design and implementation of leadership training initiatives in collaboration with HR and business leaders. Prior to Edwards Lifesciences, Tracy worked at MultiPlan from 2004 to 2018 as a Senior Learning and Performance Specialist and Senior Education Specialist, delivering training to more than 2,000 employees nationwide. Earlier experience includes roles at Private Healthcare Systems, where Tracy developed and delivered operational training programs. Tracy holds a BA in English Literature and Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has completed graduate coursework in Educational/Instructional Technology at San Diego State University.
