Since 2013, they have been associated with Edwards Performance Solutions, where they worked as the Director of Training & Development until October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People, Culture, & Education at Edwards Performance Solutions.
Andrea M. Linton holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology, which they obtained from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the same university in 2003.
