Andrea M. Linton

Andrea M. Linton has over 16 years of work experience and has worked for three different companies. Andrea M. started their career in 2005 as an Instructional Designer at Carney, Inc. and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Since 2013, they have been associated with Edwards Performance Solutions, where they worked as the Director of Training & Development until October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of People, Culture, & Education at Edwards Performance Solutions.

Andrea M. Linton holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology, which they obtained from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from the same university in 2003. Additionally, Andrea has received two professional certifications: a Kirkpatrick Bronze Level Certificate from Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC in 2011 and a Certified CMMI Associate from ISACA in January 2022.
