Lisa Palma, PHR, began their work experience as an HR Coordinator at GANTECH in 2011 and concluded their role there in 2014. In 2015, they served as a Resource Manager at Camber Corporation for a period of four months before transitioning to Edwards Performance Solutions, where they held the position of Sr. Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist. Lisa'stenure at Edwards Performance Solutions continues to date.
Lisa Palma, PHR obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Syracuse University. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources from The Johns Hopkins University, graduating in 1995. In June 2014, Lisa obtained their Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
