Wally Ortiz

Wally Ortiz, MBA, currently serves as the Global Product Lead for Kidde Commercial at Carrier Fire & Security since February 2024. With a wealth of experience, Wally has held the position of Product Manager at both Edwards Safety and UTC Fire & Security since July 2014 and April 1991, respectively. Wally's expertise encompasses market analysis, product development coordination, financial forecasting, and business opportunity proposal creation. Prior roles include Senior Technical Support Specialist and Senior Field Service Representative at Edwards Systems Technology, providing technical assistance and installing fire alarm systems. Wally holds an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eckerd College, complemented by an Associate degree in Electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology.
