Joanne McIvor

Joanne McIvor is a Partner at Edwin Coe, where they advise corporate clients and high net worth individuals on complex commercial documents, including contracts for land sales, leasing agreements, and large-scale acquisitions. Previously, Joanne worked as a Solicitor at Maclay Murray and Spens LLP and held various roles at other respected law firms, such as Clayton Utz and ACH Shoosmiths. Joanne earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Glasgow, as well as an MBA from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
