David Denholm

David Denholm is a seasoned private investor and managing director with extensive experience in business transformation and intellectual property protection. Since July 2020, Denholm has been a Private Investor at Maple Hill Partners Ltd, focusing on businesses with turnovers between £500k-5m that require fresh approaches for growth. In parallel, Denholm serves as Managing Director at Edwin James IP, which specializes in safeguarding intellectual property rights and combating counterfeit activities. Previously, Denholm founded digital marketing agency KungFuCommerce and has held key roles in various companies, including co-founding success stories such as Freedom Worldwide Limited and The Chocolate Fountain Warehouse.
