Jourdan Kurtz

Jourdan Kurtz is a skilled Technical Program Manager at Leidos, overseeing a team of over 40 cybersecurity engineers and SOC personnel focused on safeguarding CISA networks and critical infrastructure. Kurtz plays a key role in developing CISA's Security Operation Center and has successfully managed talent acquisition for high-priority task orders. In addition, Kurtz serves as a Cyber Officer in the Air National Guard and a Cybersecurity Professor at edX, where course material encompasses penetration testing and cyber toolkit utilization. Previously, Kurtz held various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including Director of Operations for Cyber, where substantial contributions were made to offensive cyberspace operations and intelligence-driven strategies. Kurtz holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Master's in Cyber Security from American Military University.
