Kristen Leonard

Kristen Leonard has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kristen began their career as an intern at Congressman Bill Foster's office, where they conducted research, assisted in communication projects, and provided clerical support. Kristen then worked as an Associate Manager at Maurices before joining SXC Health Solutions as an HR Intern. Kristen later served as a Learning and Development/Human Resources Coordinator at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants. Kristen then transitioned to MacNeil Automotive Products Limited® as a Human Resources Generalist.

In 2017, Kristen became a Human Resources Manager at AeroSpec, Inc., where they were responsible for managing HR operations. Throughout this role, they gained experience in employee onboarding, system implementations, and managing company culture programs.

Their most recent position was as a Human Resources Operations Manager, Americas at SightCall. In this role, Kristen executed and oversaw various remote, global company culture programs, performed system implementations, and developed a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires. Kristen was also responsible for maintaining and improving HR processes and managing employee resource groups.

Kristen is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at eDynamic Learning.

Kristen Leonard holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Kristen obtained this degree from the Northern Illinois University - College of Business in 2013. In addition to their degree, Kristen Leonard has also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
