Rachel Barrett

Rachel Barrett is a Senior Colleague Experience Manager at EE, with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture, previously serving as Global Culture Lead at Babcock International Group. Rachel's career includes roles such as Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partner, and Learning and Development Business Partner, where Rachel initiated significant transformational projects and received recognition for outstanding operational delivery. Rachel’s background also encompasses HR business partnership and leadership development roles at Serco, as well as legal experience as a solicitor. Educational credentials include an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a PGCE from the College of Law, complemented by a BSc in Social Sciences from the University of Southampton.
