Anand Krishnan is an experienced data analyst with a robust background in performance analysis and data management. Currently serving as Lead Data Analyst at the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority since November 2017, Anand has successfully project managed the design and implementation of significant databases such as the Regional Heat Demand Database and the Energy End Use Database, along with conducting research on energy usage in New Zealand's food product manufacturing sector. Prior to this role, Anand held the position of Senior Performance Analyst at New Zealand Police, focusing on developing key performance metrics and analyzing crime statistics to enhance operational insights. Anand's career also includes positions at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, where responsibilities included monitoring key performance indicators, and the Department of Labour. Anand holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Otago.
