Karen Orr currently serves as a Sector Decarbonisation Programme Advisor at the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA), focusing on enhancing energy efficiency and decarbonisation for medium-to-small businesses. Prior to this role, Karen was a Principal Adviser at the Ministry for Primary Industries, working on industry development for the horticulture sector.
