Richelle Ray, PMP, currently serves as an IT Project Manager at EECU Credit Union since January 2022. Prior to this role, Richelle held the position of System Analyst at Resource One Credit Union from November 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included network specification establishment and performance evaluation. Richelle's earlier experience includes roles as a Service Desk Analyst at D+H and IT Help Desk Manager at the University of North Texas, overseeing project execution and support for over 1,000 devices. Richelle contributed to IT operations as an IT Specialist II, utilizing BMC Remedy for incident tracking. Richelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Texas and a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University.
