Karl Farrow is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CeraPhi Energy Ltd, where the focus is on carbon reduction through innovative energy transition solutions. As Chairman of the Geothermal Energy Advancement Association, Karl advocates for investment in geothermal energy to promote sustainable, near-zero carbon power. In addition, as Chairman of the Onshore Renewables Sector Council with the East of England Energy Group, Karl works to enhance investment and economic development in various renewable sectors. Karl also holds a Non-Executive Director position at Global OTEC and has a strong background in commercial leadership from previous roles at GA Drilling, IHI Power Services Corp., ENERMEX LTD, and Petrotec Group. Karl's educational qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from London City College and certifications in Supervisory Management and Corporate Safety Management.
