Romualdo L. Canlas

Romualdo Canlas is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in civil and structural design. Currently serving as General Manager at Al-Rushaid Construction Co. Ltd since November 2023, Romualdo previously held various positions at EEI Corporation, including Vice President of Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing civil design activities and managing projects for the Department of Public Works and Highways.
