Shannon Boone

Shannon Boone, MA-ISD, CPTD, has extensive experience in the field of instructional design and learning development, with a career at Mariner Finance spanning from October 2014 to the present. In this role, Shannon has held various titles, including AVP - Instructional Design & Programs, Instructional Design and Learning Manager, Instructional Designer, Learning Management System Administrator, and Program Coordinator. Prior to Mariner Finance, Shannon worked at BCSB from 2009 to 2014 as a BSA/Security Assistant. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore.
