Natasja Hendriksen

Natasja Hendriksen currently serves as the Hoofdadministrateur P&O at Eekels Technology B.V. since November 2020, focusing on fleet management, training, personnel administration, and implementing automation in the HR department. Prior to this role, Natasja worked at De Keizer Marine Engineering BV from January 1998 to November 2020 as an HR Administrator, where responsibilities included comprehensive personnel and payroll administration for a growing workforce that expanded from 100 to over 600 employees, including payroll management for international branches in Spain, France, and the USA.
