Johannes Oos

Johannes Oos has a decade of work experience in the energy systems field. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Research Assistant at Fraunhofer IEE, where they conducted analysis of high resolution long term wind measurement data. In 2009, they moved to the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy as a Research Assistant. In 2010, Johannes became Manager Engineering at SCHOTT. In 2013, they were Technical Director at Astonfield Renewables and also worked as a Consultant for Energy Systems as a Freelancer. In 2016, they were a Project Engineer at S.A.G. Solar and a Project Reviewer Artificial Intelligence Nanodegree at Udacity. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Project Manager, Energy Systems at Gruner Gruppe. Johannes currently works as Head of Energy Storage and Senior Consultant at RINA, and is set to become a Project Manager at Eelpower in 2022.

Johannes Oos has a comprehensive education history. Johannes obtained a Nanodegree in Machine Learning Engineering from Udacity in 2016. From 2014 to 2015, they earned a Certificate in Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Johannes also obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering from the FernUniversität in Hagen from 2011 to 2014, and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2010.
