Joshua Zugerman

Joshua Zugerman serves as Senior Counsel for Commissioner Kalpana Kotagal at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where they enforce federal equal employment opportunity laws. Prior to this role, Joshua held several legal positions, including Law Clerk for the United States District Courts in Georgia and Pennsylvania, and Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. They also worked as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP before advancing to Senior Trial Attorney at the EEOC. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University and a Doctor of Law with honors from Temple University.
