Kadi Piikov has extensive experience in employee experience and human resources, currently serving as Chief of Employee Experience and Head of Culture Hacking at Eesti Energia since August 2016. Previous roles include Training and Development Manager and HR Development Specialist at the same company, as well as Training Specialist at SA Põhja-Eesti Regionaalhaigla and Competence Specialist at Ericsson. Kadi began a career in human resources as a Recruiter at Fontes PMP OÜ and has held an Office Manager position at Self II OY. Kadi's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, a course from the University of Tartu, and studies at Mainor Business School. Kadi is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration focusing on Strategic Leadership at the University of Tartu.
