Aleksandr Zaitsev

Aleksandr Zaitsev is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management. Currently serving as the Head of the Digital Transformation and Innovation Department at AS Eesti Raudtee since January 2021, Aleksandr focuses on digitalizing work processes and implementing new technological solutions. Prior to this role, Aleksandr was the Technical Director at USS Security Eesti AS, where responsibilities included organizing workflows, developing the technical department, and enhancing partner relationships, leading to significant increases in installation and maintenance volumes. Additional experience includes serving as a Council Member at Techno Life OÜ and as a Project Engineer at ÅF Automaatika OÜ, where expertise in industrial process control systems was demonstrated. Educational qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Computer and System Engineering from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
