Amy Connolly

Amy Connolly has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Amy served as the Global Vice President of People Operations and Employee Development at EF Education First, overseeing the strategic implementation of employee lifecycle initiatives. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President of Recruitment & Development, responsible for developing and implementing EF's MBA and campus recruitment strategy. Amy also had experience in customer service and support, working as the Vice President of Tours Customer Service at EF Educational Tours & EF Explore America. Amy began their career at EF Tours, Marketing & Creative Studio as an Integrated Producer. Amy also worked at EF High School Exchange Year, holding various roles including National Director of Local Volunteer Recruitment and Regional Sales and Placement Director.
