Eddie Hsu

Eddie Hsu is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and education. Currently serving as General Counsel for EF Education First since October 2017, Eddie Hsu is responsible for developing legal strategies, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance across the organization. Eddie Hsu previously held the position of Senior Vice President & General Counsel for China at EF Group. Prior to this, Eddie Hsu contributed as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Shanghai Jiaotong University and held partner positions at renowned law firms including Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Dentons. Eddie Hsu began a legal career in various associate roles after earning a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from UCLA, complemented by educational experiences at Harvard University and Peking University.
