Jess Tres

Jess Tres is an accomplished leader in operations and talent management, currently serving as the Vice President of the People Team at EF Education First since December 2022, after holding the position of Global Recruitment Lead at the same company. Previously, Jess served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Events, and Programmes for the EMEA region at the Urban Land Institute, where responsibilities included operational excellence and financial management. With significant experience at EF, Jess has a track record of reducing departmental costs and enhancing staff engagement. Earlier roles include Head of Fundraising at The Brain Tumour Charity, where Jess exceeded fundraising targets and developed strategic plans, as well as various managerial positions at BNP Paribas and J.P. Morgan, focusing on securities services, operations, and IT systems. Jess holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Leeds.
