Katelyn Alloy

Katelyn Alloy possesses extensive experience in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at EF Education First since November 2015. In this role, Katelyn acts as a strategic advisor to senior management on enhancing workplace culture and inclusion while addressing complex employee relations issues across North America. Prior to this, Katelyn held positions such as Employee Relations Manager at EF Education First, HR Manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners, and Manager of Talent & Hiring at Brown Rudnick, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, policy compliance, and fostering positive work environments. Katelyn's career began as a Senior Tour Consultant at EF Education, and Katelyn earned a BA in Latin American Studies from Columbia University.
