Lillah Williams

Lillah Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people operations and business analysis within the EF Education First organization. Since March 2023, Lillah has held the position of Director of Office Services, following a distinguished tenure at EF Educational Tours from October 2004 to December 2023, where roles included Senior Director of People Operations and various director-level positions in people and development, IT, and tours engineering. Lillah has a strong track record in performance measurement, staff management, and cross-team communication, having managed diverse teams across multiple offices. Prior experience includes significant contributions as a Senior Business Analyst and Regional Account Coordinator at EF, as well as an Outside Salesperson at Maui Jim Northeast. Lillah holds a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
