Michael Luzano

Michael Luzano has extensive experience in safety and incident response, currently serving as Director at EF Education First since February 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing global incident management and promoting risk management standards aligned with ISO 31000. Prior roles within EF Education First included Manager and Specialist in Safety and Incident Response, as well as Senior Tour Consultant, where Michael successfully built relationships with educators and managed accounts for over 80 schools. Additional positions held encompass logistics coordination for student transportation, student application approval, and roles in recruitment and administrative support. Earlier experience includes guiding tours in Dublin and serving as a Patient Ambassador for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Michael holds a BSBA in Marketing from Saint Louis University and has furthered education at The University of Hong Kong.
