Rafał Nowosielski

Rafał Nowosielski is an experienced technology leader with a proven track record in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Engineering and Architecture at EF Education First since August 2021, Rafał previously held the role of Head of Technology for Europe at Adia, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional technology aspects of a platform startup. Prior experience at Cimpress involved leading the development of a Mass Customisation Platform and overseeing autonomous engineering teams. Additional roles include Senior Software Engineer at Cimpress, Software Developer at Tom, and Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Rafał holds an MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence from The Silesian University of Technology and completed an Erasmus exchange program at Nottingham Trent University focused on Distributed Computing and Image Processing.
