Teri Trautwein

Teri Trautwein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee development, and sales within the education and service sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Recruitment & Employee Development/Office Life & Services at EF Education First since October 2024, Teri is focused on building a strong team and enhancing workplace culture while overseeing operations at the Latin American hub. Previously, Teri held leadership roles at EF Educational Tours, driving sales and international education initiatives, and at BrightView as Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Teri's background also includes significant positions at Citizens and Cintas, where strategic collaboration, retail design, and account management were key responsibilities. Teri holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications-Public Relations from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate of Arts from Sheridan College.
