Courtney Gramajo

Courtney Gramajo has a diverse work experience in the education and sales industry. They started their career in 2008 as a Tour Consultant at EF Educational Tours. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as an Account Manager & Sales Team Lead at Kutenda / Local Income Lab. In 2013, they joined EF Educational Tours again, this time as a Regional Sales Trainer until 2017. They then moved to EF Education First, where they held roles as Sales Manager from 2017 to 2020, and as Sales Director from 2020 to 2022. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as the Director of Training and Communication at Cultural Care Au Pair. In 2023, they joined EF Educational Tours once again as the Sales Director.

Courtney Gramajo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Astronomy from the University of Colorado Boulder, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications related to communication, cultural sensitivity, diversity, inclusion, and bias from LinkedIn, including "Communicating Across Cultures," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All," "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues," "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences," "Skills for Inclusive Conversations," "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging," and "Unconscious Bias."
