Racha Kerdsilp is a seasoned professional in the field of sustainable tourism and educational program management, currently serving as the Operations and Tour Director Manager for EF Educational Tours in Southeast Asia and South Asia since April 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager at Mekong Institute, where Racha led projects on sustainable tourism development, and Experiential Learning Facilitator with JUMP! Foundation, focusing on youth leadership and engagement. Racha's extensive experience spans various roles in outdoor education, program facilitation, and content creation, combined with academic qualifications including a Master of Arts in International Sustainable Tourism Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Psychology.
