Bailey Harrington has extensive experience in customer loyalty and engagement, currently serving as Manager at EF Go Ahead Tours since January 2017, where responsibilities include acting as Systems and Technology Liaison, assisting with onboarding new hires, conducting simulation calls, and developing a company-wide Mentor Program. Prior experience includes roles as a Bar Manager at Grill 28, focusing on customer service and leadership, as well as an internship in Design and Marketing at The Apparel Logistics Group, which involved hands-on marketing tasks. Bailey also worked as a Retail Associate at The TJX Companies, Inc., engaging in visual merchandising and customer care. Bailey Harrington holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from the University of Rhode Island, awarded in 2016.
