Isabella Silva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Isabella'smost recent role is as the Associate Director of Recruitment and Employee Development at EF Go Ahead Tours since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Manager of Recruitment and Employee Development at the same company from January 2021 to July 2023. Furthermore, Isabella has acquired additional certifications in the field of mental health. In May 2023, they obtained certifications in CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association and in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
