Sarah Atkins

Sarah Atkins is currently serving as the Associate Director of People and Culture at Teenage Cancer Trust since July 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple leadership positions at East Anglian Air Ambulance from August 2015 to July 2025, including Director of People and Culture and Deputy Chief Executive. Key responsibilities included developing HR strategy in collaboration with senior leaders and overseeing human resource operations. Sarah's earlier experience includes roles at East Of England Ambulance Trust as HR Business Partner/HR Services Manager, and as an HR Advisor at South Norfolk Council, where notable achievements included securing a top national ranking in The Times Best Council to Work For scheme. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business and HRM from the University of Lincoln and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Suffolk.
