Simon Horsburgh began their work experience in 1988 as a Systems Engineer at IBM Australia. Simon then worked as an Application Manager at Avery Dennison from 1993 to 1998. Horsburgh joined Staples in 1998 as a Senior IS Manager, where they played a key role in implementing the Single View of the Customer initiative and consolidating customer master files. In 2007, they joined Grand Circle Travel as the VP Data Warehouse, leading the deployment and adoption of the company's enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence environment. Simon later became the VP Analytics, overseeing a team focused on increasing company profitability and customer lifetime value. Since 2016, Horsburgh has been working at Go Ahead Tours as the Director of Analytics.
Simon Horsburgh pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sydney from 1984 to 1987.
